1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Hiejo website and related public recruitment and business services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Separate written agreements may apply to employer clients or other commercial customers. Those agreements control to the extent of a direct conflict for the services they cover.

2. About Hiejo

Hiejo provides recruitment, staffing, talent, automation and related business services. Website content is provided to facilitate information, job discovery and enquiries. It does not by itself constitute an offer of employment or a binding commercial engagement.

3. Job Listings

Job descriptions, locations, compensation ranges, employment types, eligibility criteria, vacancies and availability may change, be corrected, be withdrawn or expire without notice. Hiejo does not guarantee that a listed position will remain available or that any candidate will receive an interview, shortlist, offer, employment or placement.

Where Hiejo acts for a client employer, the employer remains responsible for its final hiring decisions and employment terms, subject to the parties’ written agreement and applicable law.

4. Candidates and Applications

Candidates must provide accurate, current and complete information and must not submit another person’s information, credentials or documents without authorization. Hiejo may verify information where reasonably necessary for recruitment, compliance or fraud prevention.

Submitting a resume or candidate profile does not create an employment relationship with Hiejo and does not guarantee placement, compensation or any particular recruitment outcome.

5. Employers and Business Enquiries

Businesses using Hiejo are responsible for providing accurate information about vacancies, role responsibilities, compensation, location, work model, eligibility and other material requirements. Recruitment or staffing engagements may require a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, taxes, payment terms, replacement terms and other conditions.

6. Communications and WhatsApp

Hiejo may communicate through email, telephone, WhatsApp or other channels in relation to enquiries, recruitment opportunities, interviews and requested services. Third-party communication providers have their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the associated account or number.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not submit fraudulent or misleading information, infringe another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security or operation, introduce malware or harmful code, scrape or harvest personal information without lawful permission, or use Hiejo services for unlawful or abusive purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Hiejo name, logo, design, text, graphics, software and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Hiejo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No material may be reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including communication, hosting, scheduling, recruitment, analytics or social platforms. Hiejo does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies or security practices.

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Hiejo aims to keep information useful and current but does not warrant that the website, job listings or other content will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.

Hiejo does not guarantee employment, recruitment outcomes, candidate suitability, client hiring decisions, business results or uninterrupted access to the website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hiejo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, business, opportunity, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hiejo and its officers, employees and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or submission of fraudulent or unauthorized information.

14. Suspension or Termination

Hiejo may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the website or services where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, suspected misuse, fraud prevention, breach of these Terms or operational reasons.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal requirements, courts having jurisdiction over Hiejo’s principal place of business will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website.
